Alleged Wii U Survey Suggests $299.99 Price
Once again neogaf has provided the goods with regards to potentially new Wii U information (can’t be verified as 100% true). This time around,what seems to be a survey ran by Global Test Market with images of the Wii U being used and the price have leaked.
The last picture is the key here, once again it seems $299.99 will be the price for the Wii U

If the Wii U is priced at $299.99 … not only it’s suitable, but a great idea. By the time it’s released, I’m purchasing the U and at least a game.
as long as they not cutting hardware down for the price would rather pay bit extra for more tech jus spent more than that on a vita

He’s right, it is a piece of shit, but at least its a piece of shit with a lot of potential. I’m trading mine in along with my ps3 to preorder the Wii U, sadly I’ve played everything there is to play on these two systems and there just isn’t anything new. The Last of Us is coming out next year and it is the only reason for me to even touch a ps3 next year, but for that I have my gf’s. The Vita has retarded games, and the only one that really caught my attention was Phantasy Star Online 2, which it hasn’t even been confirmed for a NA release, but at least will be coming to the PC. Vita has a lot of potential, and I will sure as hell pick one up again when I see something compelling (to me) come out for it, but as of now, it’s a piece of shit, even worse than the 3DS was, and the 3DS didn’t even have all of its features out of the box.
Already got rid a the vita, I lost about $75 since i sold it later than I should of but again sony cant make a good handheld and it is shit
I’m with 3ds Guy, I’d rather pay $400 or even more for better hardware. If it’s coming out in current gen pricing it will probably not be able to compete with next gen systems. I was looking really forward to this but know I am thinking of waiting and seeing how this pans out.

Personally I think you’ve cast it aside far too soon, I mean you haven’t really seen what it’s capable of yet. Also this might not be the price you forget that the guy from epic games; you know the one who made unreal engine 3 has announced that the new engine (number 4) will be complete at the next programmer meeting which is in august
So my question to you is if the wii u were to have next gen graphics before any other console were to come out, would that satisfy your lust?
I’ve said it many times before gameplay > graphics Fun multiplayer > watching my friend play his one player games. Guess what I’m trying to say is play with one before you make your decision
Thats a great price. The Wii was only 5 pounds(8 US Dollars) more when it was first released. I would definitely buy it and I’m sure lots of others would too. But does that include the Wii U tablet controller?
Pretty sure you got ripped off if that’s what you paid for a Wii, since it launched at $250…
They have been saying since E3 last year that the system will include 1 tablet controller.
I’m from Austria. If Wii U would cost 299 Euro, i’m going to buy the console at the release date. I’m a real Nintendo-Fan

What im very curious to see, is how the 3ds can be compatible with the wii u. Like how can we play co op or w/e??? See I don’t even have a clue as how they could join em together O.o
Also when they introduced the zapper wii u combo my mind was freaking blown !!! Finally we can play gun games how it should be done
Because, in all honesty pointing a gun with a joy stick is as easy as dragging a mouse and clicking
hear we go agin just rember Nintendo did say thay would most likely be losing 50$ per system sorry but that means the technology in it would be werth 350$ so i think that is a good price point at 300$ sorry if you don’t

since i live in the philippines (of caurse since im a pinoy or a pilipino) me an my friends are wondering how much was the wii in the us and how much is the wii u in the philippines. or to make things more curious are they gonna sell the wii u in the philippines because hardly anyone khows the WII U!!!!

This site SUCKS!!! E3 is like 5 days away and you haven’t updated in over 2 weeks!!! Shut this site down, there will be no need for it in 5 days anyway when Wii U is revealed cause many other sites will have much more info from then on and this site will (well it already has) become obsolete. You guys are always late anyways. Rant complete, now what to do for the next 5 days…

I’ll buy this piece of shit when it gets cheaper (150 dlls) only because of Zelda and Smash Bros.
And I’ll Buy The PS4 for better Graphics and awesome exclusive games.
I will definitely be getting the WiiU. Aliens Colonial Marines will be a hell of a lot of fun on it. Anyone else notice how Sega is rather hazy on the release of this “Aliens” title yet again? I wonder just how much Nintendo have paid Sega. I suggest that anyone can easily find out the release date of the WiiU by simply keeping an eye out for the exact release date of this Aliens game.
I am very interested about WiiU, gonna buy as soon as possible. (EU)
